Duties
The Vice President shall chair the Judicial Committee; shall act as parliamentarian for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee; shall uphold the laws and bylaws by review and interpretation of ANTSHE Constitution; shall answer any questions and settle disputes by committee consensus pertaining to the ANTSHE Constitution; shall act as custodian for all ANTSHE policy documents; shall review all legislation for constitutionality prior to consideration by the Board of Directors; shall be acting chair for all meetings in the absence of President. The Vice President reports to the president and is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
