Duties
The Financial Officer is responsible for implementation of financial
policies, procedures, and controls. The Financial Officer shall make
financial reports to the organization and to the Executive Committee and
Board of Directors quarterly and upon request; and shall make an annual
budget to be approved by the membership at the annual business meeting that
occurs during the annual conference. The Financial Officer reports to the
President and is a voting member of the Executive Committee and Board of
Directors. The Financial Officer is expected to attend all Board of
Director and Executive Board meetings as well as the annual conference
